I have no hesitation in recommending AM Moving to any prospective client, All aspects of the job from the visit before hand, provision of packing boxes , arriving promptly to pack up, the care taken during the loading process, working around carpet fitters at the new house, dismantling the unwanted Greenhouse, hanging pictures and curtains went above and beyond the standard duties of a removal company.

Without hesitation I would highly commend A M Moving to anyone who is at the stage of enquiring about a removal quote and making the decision to choose these guys. As I was due to retire and flit from a church manse into our own home, I already had three quotations in hand from the 'bigger' boys, but I decided to Google for a bit more information.
Up came A M Moving, and an almost instant response by phone to my e-mail enquiry by Allan who visited our home the next day. The quotation was very acceptable. Once accepted, operations began to fall into place. Allan kept in touch before the 'big' day about dates and times. Their timing was spot on, and at once, our worry and stress was soon forgotten, as the lads got to work carefully packing, detailing, and removing personal effects and heavy furniture.
Their care and attention and professionalism was second to none. The boys had a lovely working attitude and were very respectful and have a polite manner which my wife and I appreciated over the whole event. Yes, we did stop and chat with the lads over a cup of tea and coffee. It was like making new friends in a meeting of trust and good harmony. Nothing was damaged or scratched, and like wizards they got big stuff into and through tight spaces. Miracles still happen as A M Moving proved to us.
All the best to the boys, you work very hard, and deserve the business. All your assurances gave us confidence in your professionalism. We will never forget A M Moving.

Having moved a few times in the last couple of years, it was with a certain amount of trepidation we prepared for our latest move. Although not a long move distance-wise, it was still something we could have done without. Nevertheless, needs must so move we had to. I received a good few responses to my request for removal quotes, and some were OK while some were downright outrageous in both cost quoted and attitude. Allan at A.M. Moving, on the other hand, submitted a personal (and by personal I mean a visit to the house, an appraisal there and then, and a quote straight away) quote which was not only impressive on the cost side of things, but came on top of a friendly and caring attitude which was a refreshing change from my previous removal experiences.
Needless to say I accepted their quote without any hesitation and I must say, I wasn’t let down at all. On moving day the guys arrived at the appointed time and throughout the whole day conducted themselves in an exemplary manner. The furniture was dismantled and safely wrapped up by the guys on site, and once delivered at the other end was all put back together again. All fuss and mess was kept to a bare minimum and the work was done both efficiently and in a timely manner.
I would have absolutely no qualms at all in using A.M. Moving’s services again (and most probably will as I rent as opposed to own) and would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anybody who needs a removal service.

Just a brief note of thanks for your assistance in my recent move.
Having engaged A&M Moving to transfer from my possessions into storage last year, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to move my belongings from storage to my new home.
Once again their excellent service made the stress of moving as pleasant an experience as possible.
Using them was a refreshing change as their cheerful disposition and helpful attitude throughout made light of the work involved.
I would recomend them to anyone, in fact A&M Moving are so good I've used them twice!

Thank you very much, Allan and Malcolm, for the 1st class service you provided when we were relocating our Dunfermline office recently. Not only were you the quickest to respond to our quote requests, you were also the friendliest, most helpful and cheapest too! Being a charity, cost was very important to us and your generosity was greatly appreciated.
All our office equipment and files were transported swiftly and arrived at our new office in pristine condition. Although we made a few changes to what was being moved, AM Moving couldn't have been more helpful with the advice and assistance they provided. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending AM Moving to anyone about to undertake either a domestic or business move. They are fantastic! Hopefully we won't be moving again soon but, if we were, we'd be contacting AM Moving.

This feedback is extremely late in getting to you due to the lack of efficiency of the telephone/cable company we employed after we moved, if only they had been up to your standard of professionalism. You and your team expertly moved us to our new home in Shandon, Edinburgh in August 2010 and did so with a great price, brilliant attitude, extreme efficiency and a great sense of humour.
You all made the move a lot more relaxed than we had ever experienced before.You went our of your way to make things as easy and hassle free as possible and didn't even complain when you had to listen to our Ozzie friend play guitar!!!

Malcolm and Allan were recommended by a close friend. She had told me they were good but they were in fact absolutely brilliant in every way. This is my 15th move and was moving from Scotland to Cornwall with a lot of things. Malcolm and Allan took all my furniture to bits so it could be stored easily when I got down to Cornwall as my house I brought was not ready to be moved into.
Everything was wrapped and so nothing got damaged or dirty. When they arrived they were calm and professional and were always so accommodating with my requests.
When they arrived in Cornwall they were very patient and helped the person who was storing my belongings as she was very stressed but they were patient and used their sense of humour and professionalism to help take the anxiety out of the situation. They used carpets to protect flooring and packed everything so it was all able to fit into two van loads.

I lost my beloved Mother in August and had to deal with clearing property, etc.
Who was my first thought for helpong me do this - why none other than A & M of course.
Alan & Malcolm arrived at my house and assisted in a very sad job, but due to their friendliness and efficiency this was done with no tears on my part.

A.M. Moving were responsible for my removal in April 2010. I have nothing but praise for the manner in which the move was conducted. The personnel were polite, efficient and very willing to help in any way.
Compared to other quotes received A.M. moving was extremely competitive but the service offered compared very favourably with previous experiences of much larger removal companies. With a services background, this was our 11th move in the last 20 years. It was by far the smoothest and most professional we had experienced.
I have no hesitation in recommending A.M. Moving as an excellent removal company.

I would like to say 'Thank You' for all your hard work in packing up a large bungalow and removing it to a smaller property. From our initial meeting you were courteous and business-like but friendly. Your men that assisted were also helpful and friendly, nothing and I mean NOTHING was too much trouble for any of you.
My move was a big step from a happy purpose built bungalow to a smaller property, on my own, after my dear husband's death. I could not have made this move without your assistance and cheerfulness - you really did make the transition so much easier for me.

I would highly recommend Allan and Malcolm when moving house, they make the whole process from the quotation to the moving day stress and hassle free. I am very happy to recommend Alan & Malcolm. In this day and age when service seems to be going rapidly downhill, I can honestly say that I have never been given such an excellent service from a company. They handled my move in a professional, efficient and cost effective manner, nothing was too much trouble even when asked to carry a very heavy work table up 8 flights of stairs!!!
Their positive and upbeat personalities only strengthened their approach to the business and I have no hesitation in recommending AM Moving Company to anyone.
Moving is often stressful in itself, but trust me the final day of moving with these guys brought it to a happy conclusion and finished on a positive note.
