A1 Housing Exchange, established in 1999 long before the council’s
homeswap service began, is still the United Kingdom's premier
Council exchange and Housing Association property exchange service.
Many A1 members have found swapping property an easy process using
our extensive mutual exchange lists. We have an excellent success
