Domestic Removals
It all starts with your phone call or email to us.
When you call we will take some preliminary details for example your name and contact details, and your new address and the date of your expected removal (subject to later confirmation).
If you are local (within 30 miles) we will make arrangements to come and give you an accurate free no obligation quotation.
From then on we will endeavour to meet all your requirements (including catering for any members of your household who may have special needs) to the best of our ability.
Our first priority is to instil confidence in our customers after all if we have no customers then we have no business.
Since we are a professional company we have all the equipment to give you piece of mind.
For example we provide covers to protect your suite, we no how expensive they are so protecting them is a top priority.
On the day of your move we will take all the garments from your wardrobe and hang them straight in to the wardrobe cartons and then at your new property we will transfer the garments to your wardrobes and this will save you having to iron all your clothes.
These items are all part of our standard service and come at no extra charge to you.
If required we can provide boxes and bubble wrap at extra cost to protect your fragile and precious possessions.
We can also provide a premium moving service where you leave everything to us. We arrive the day before or earlier to pack everything into boxes and arrange them to make the removal process go smoothly on the day, at an extra cost.
Should you pack your items yourself all we ask is that the boxes are marked with the destination rooms, for example kitchen, bedroom 1 etc. for ease of unloading and so that we can place them where you want them to be.
Boxes should be sealed securely with strong tape so we can stack them safely in the removal van.
We can also build and dismantle furniture so if you have large beds, wardrobe units, tables built-in to your rooms we can dismantle and rebuild them at your new home.
